Top Sheen Co., Ltd., based in Kishiwada City, Osaka, is a comprehensive recycling company providing an integrated service for waste plastic purchasing, collection, crushing, reprocessing, recycled material sales, and export.

We purchase industrial waste plastics such as PP, PE, PC, PPS, and ABS at competitive prices and supply processed and recycled materials reliably to domestic manufacturers and markets across Asia.

1. Purchase of Plastic Scrap (Buy)

We purchase a wide range of industrial plastic waste generated from manufacturing plants, warehouses, logistics centers, and molding factories, including PP, PE, PC, PPS, ABS, PA, and engineering plastics.

Items we purchase:

  • Production residues

  • Defective molded products

  • Runners & gates

  • Pellets, regrind materials

  • Crushed materials

  • Mixed materials / materials from color or grade changes

  • Long-term inventory / dead stock

2. Collection & Processing of Plastic Waste (Process)

At our Kishiwada plant, we crush, sort, and (when required) wash industrial plastic waste and process it into reusable recycled materials.

Available processing services:

  • Crushing (including large-size products)

  • Particle size adjustment

  • Metal and foreign material removal

  • Mixing & compounding

  • Re-pelletizing (including partner factories)

Both regular scheduled collection and spot pickup are available.
Helps reduce disposal and material costs.

3. Sales of Recycled Materials (Sell)

We supply recycled PP, recycled PE, PC regrind, and engineering plastic recyclates processed in-house to manufacturers across Japan.

Available recycled materials:

  • Recycled PP (black, natural, various grades)

  • Recycled PE (HD/LD/LLD)

  • PC regrind (clear / milky / mixed)

  • ABS regrind

  • PPS, PA, PBT, and other engineering plastics

  • OEM custom recycled compounds available

We offer stable lot supply, formulation adjustments, and material proposals tailored to each application.
